Keto No-Cook Energy Balls

Energy balls or fat bombs are must-haves in your keto lifestyle. What is great about this recipe is that you don't need to heat up anything at all! Completely no-bake and no-cook. The required ingredients are also very simple, and you can even arrange it with other type of nuts, too. They are not only super delicious, but also super nutritious, packed with vitamins and minerals! Keep them always in the fridge, they are good for about 2 weeks. Hope you enjoy, let me know:-)

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Walnuts
  • 100 g Butter, softened and diced
  • 60 g Powdered Erythritol 1/2 cup
  • 60 g Cacao powder 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Unsweetened Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Chop the walnuts roughly, using a knife.
  • In a bowl, mix cacao powder, powdered erythritol and salt together, until well combined.
  • Add the softened and diced butter, and vanilla extract. Mix with a fork until the mixture becomes creamy.
  • Add the chopped walnuts and mix until well combined.
  • Take a scoop with a fork from the mixture and shape it into a ball.
  • Toss it into the cacao powder to coat.
  • Repeat until you use up all the mixture. This recipe makes about 16 energy balls, depending on the size.
  • Chill them in the fridge for a moment before serving.
  • Enjoy!
